team Senior Fullstack Developer , is that you?

5+ years of professional experience in fullstack software engineering, including experience in mobile app development.

Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React. js, Next. js) and strong profi ciency in Type
Script and Java
Script.

Proven experience in mobile development using React Native and/or native Android and i
OS technologies.

Solid experience with backend technologies such as Node. js (Nest
JS, Express), Python, or Java, and familiarity with microservice architectures.

Proven track record working with relational and No
SQL databases (e. g. , Postgre
SQL).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Serverless), and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability best practices in fi ntech or regulated environments.

Experience working in agile,
- functional teams, ideally in a startup or
- up context.

Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus), with the ability to explain complex technical topics to
- technical stakeholders.

Passion for mentoring and developing engineers, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fi eld.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in fi ntech, banking, or

Hands-on experience delivering high quality AI-powered coding and e2e testing (e. g. Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, etc).

Familiarity with

- code, automated testing frameworks, and observability/monitoring tools.

Exposure to regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI DSS) and secure development practices.

Experience with mobile app store deployment processes and automation (App Store, Google Play).
