We are seeking a
- level Full-Stack Developer who can:

• Produce
  - quality code that follows best practices, is fully covered by tests and is optimized
• Work with Node. js for backend, Next. js for frontend, My
  SQL database, Redis for caching, and a Microservices architecture

The GOALS for this position is to:

• Be efficient and precise with your work, produce
  - quality features and stay on track with advances in technology, especially AI.

Required Skills:

• You are an expert developer and a motivated AI enthusiast.
• 7+ years of
  - stack engineering experience with strong background in React, Next
  JS, Node
  JS, Express
  JS.
• In-depth knowledge of Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL, Redis, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong
  - solving skills and ability to drive solutions to completion.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain features and services
• Contribute to solution design and implementation details; provide input during technical discussions.
• Estimate tasks and deliver on time.
• Write clean, testable,
  - documented code with unit/integration tests; contribute to CI/CD workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold team coding standards and best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack; own features from development through deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and Dev
  Ops to align on requirements and delivery.
• Monitor performance and reliability; add and improve observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Research relevant tools and approaches; share findings to improve team efficiency and product quality.
