We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer. Is that you?

Requirements include:

1. 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack software engineering, including mobile app development.
2. Proven experience in mobile development using React Native and/or native Android and i
   OS technologies.
3. Solid experience with backend technologies such as Node. js (Nest
   JS, Express), Python, or Java, and familiarity with microservice architectures.
4. Experience working with relational and No
   SQL databases (e. g. , Postgre
   SQL).
5. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Serverless), and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability best practices in fintech or regulated environments.
7. Experience working in agile,
   - functional teams, preferably in startup or
   - up contexts.
8. Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus), with the ability to explain complex technical topics to stakeholders.
9. Passion for mentoring and developing engineers, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
10. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech, banking, or growth Saa
  S platforms.
• Experience delivering
  - quality AI-powered coding and e2e testing (e. g. , Copilot, Windsurf, Cline).
• Familiarity with code, automated testing frameworks, and observability/monitoring tools.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI DSS) and secure development practices.
• Experience with mobile app store deployment and automation (App Store, Google Play).
