We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Fullstack Developer to further develop the Connecteam platform. You will build a product that customers love, use daily, and find fun, fast, reliable, and scalable. Your work will involve developing responsive UI and selecting backend technologies to solve specific product use cases at scale.

Ownership & Responsibilities:

Please note: this role is fully remote.

As a Product Fullstack Developer, you will be part of a product team that includes members from sales, customer success, support, data, marketing, and R&D. Each member provides input from their area, offering a holistic view of the product to inform
- making. You will understand customer use cases, define the roadmap, and plan weekly sprints. Technically, you will be responsible for bug fixes, architecture planning, feature development, and deployment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with frontend and backend technologies at scale.
• Experience developing backend services in Python.
• Experience developing robust frontend applications in React.
• Knowledge of various technical tools such as different databases, queues, design patterns, and architectures.
• Ability to evaluate architecture decisions and select optimal solutions.
• Experience scaling services to millions of users.
• Understanding of web technology complexities, constraints, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with state management libraries (Mob
  X, Redux).
