We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Fullstack Developer to further develop the Connecteam platform. You will build a product that customers love to use daily—fast, reliable, scalable, and fun to use. You will tackle a wide range of challenges from building a responsive UI to selecting backend technologies that scale with product use cases.

Ownership & Responsibilities

Note: This role is fully remote. You will be assigned to one of our product groups that includes a representative from sales, customer success, support, data, marketing, and R&D. Each group member contributes insights from their team to enable holistically informed product decisions. You will understand customer use cases and needs, define the roadmap, and participate in weekly sprints. As the developer in the group, you will advance the product from a technical perspective, including solving bugs, planning architecture, coding features, and pushing to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with frontend and backend technologies at scale.
• Experience developing a backend service in Python
• Experience developing a robust frontend in React
• Experience with a variety of technical tools such as different DB types, queues, design patterns, and architectures.
• Ability to evaluate architecture options and choose the best solution
• Experience scaling services to millions of users
• Understanding of web technology complexity, constraints, and UI/UX
• Experience with State Management libraries (Mob
  X, Redux)
