Emagine is currently looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join a
- term assignment with one of our clients in the fintech sector. This client is a
- scaling company based in Lisbon, Portugal, focused on empowering entrepreneurs and small businesses through an
-
- one digital platform, offering everything from business accounts and certified invoicing to accounting services and expense management.

This is a strategic position where you will work alongside a talented and diverse engineering team to build robust,
- friendly, and scalable fullstack solutions. The role combines backend API development using Node. js and Type
Script, with frontend development using Next. js, React, or React Native, and serverless infrastructure powered by AWS Lambdas.

Your main responsibilities:

• Take ownership of fullstack services and

  - end product features
• Ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables through unit and integration testing
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers
• Participate actively in technical decisions and architecture discussions
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and autonomy

You bring:

• At least 4 years of professional experience with Node. js and Type
  Script
• Hands-on experience in frontend development using React, Next. js, or React Native
• Solid understanding of software testing using Jest (unit and integration)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
• Experience working with AWS and serverless technologies is a strong plus
• A proactive mindset focused on scalability, performance, and user experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a hybrid, agile environment
