Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Conduct research, gather requirements, and shape functional designs aligned with client and business needs
• Create clear user stories and functional documentation to guide development teams and stakeholders
• Test, validate, and ensure the quality of deliverables before client delivery
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to define flows, experiences, and interfaces that enhance usability
• Lead alignment meetings between technical and
  - technical teams, fostering informed
  - making
• Prepare and execute Test Plans , conduct acceptance testing with clients, and support end users
• Present, discuss, and systematize requirements with internal teams and clients to ensure shared understanding
• Design, challenge, and document processes and solutions, applying critical thinking to improve existing requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Public Administration, or related fields
• 5–8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
• Proven experience in projects involving UX/UI profiles
• Strong analytical, organizational, proactive, and critical thinking skills
• Hands-on experience with Test Plans
