As part of the Publishing QA Team, the main responsibility is to guarantee the quality of all 2nd and 3rd party games published by Miniclip.

1. Test all new game releases/updates and schedule timely quality assurance and testing.
2. Help in developing, maintaining, and improving the roadmap of tests for all releases and updates.
3. Monitor game statistics, customer feedback, and competing products to constantly question assumptions and make adjustments to our games.
4. Proactively serve as a liaison between external development teams, product managers, outsourced testing services, and all internal teams involved in product releases.
5. Be part of Miniclip’s quality assurance team, define new test approaches, and develop ideas to improve testing processes and procedures.
6. Work closely with the Data Analytics and Product Operations teams to ensure the correct implementation of all SDK integrations.

What are we looking for?

We’re seeking an experienced, social, hardworking individual who enjoys teamwork and is dedicated to their work. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• 2 – 6 years of experience in QA and testing within game and/or entertainment products and services.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to clearly articulate complex game development issues.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills for project setup and release planning.
• Analytical mindset capable of efficiently analyzing and breaking down technical integration flows.
• Confidence in exploring new approaches and communicating across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with
  - functional teams across different locations.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of physical devices from various manufacturers (Apple, Samsung, etc. ).
• Familiarity with operating systems and tools such as Apple Store, Test
  Flight, Google Play Console, Android Studio, Android Debug Bridge, etc.
• Experience with JIRA, Adjust, Apps
  Flyer, Postman, Trello, and Kanban methodologies.
• Development background with C++ and Unity.
