Descrição We are recruiting a Senior General Ledger Accountant for a international life sciences company with a corporate office located in Braga.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fixed Assets: additions, disposals, depreciation;
• Post journal entries, including inventory transactions;
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies;
• Prepare Cognos reports and conduct account reconciliations;
• Support external reporting: audits, VAT, Intrastat;
• Contribute to process transitions and documentation;
• Train and support new team members;
• Identify and implement process improvements;
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requisitos

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field;
• Strong experience in financial field, within BPO/SSC is an asset, preferably in GL department;
• Good level of English and French (both written and spoken);
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Diligence, reliability, attention to details and good organization skills.
