We are seeking a Senior Global Command Center Operator to join our international operations team. This critical role is part of the Global Command Center, responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of batch processes and system alerts within a 24/7 monitored environment.

As a key player in our IT production ecosystem, you will ensure stability and incident response in
- time, applying predefined procedures to manage and escalate errors or alerts.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor batch executions and manage errors based on standard procedures.
• Track and analyze alerts from monitoring tools.
• Escalate issues when necessary and maintain communication with internal IT teams.
• Apply internal guidelines and follow escalation workflows accurately.
• Work closely with other IT production teams across multiple locations.
  
  

• Seniority Level: Senior
• Proven experience in IT production or operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of writing and understanding shell scripts (e. g. , Bash).
• Comfortable using tools to track and manage incidents or tasks.
• Basic LINUX/Unix skills: navigating directories, reading logs, etc.
• Ability to follow technical runbooks and incident procedures.
• Strong
  - solving skills and attention to detail.
