Aga Khan Foundation is recruiting a Senior Global Human Resources/Organizational Development (OD) Manager , based in Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategic HR/OD initiatives across the Foundation’s international operations.

The position will be based in Lisbon or Geneva, in a hybrid model with frequent travel required.
