Senior Global P&C Business Partner For Go-To-Market Customer Success
**Responsibilities**- Evaluates individual and organizational development needs and, together with business stakeholders, defines HR priorities and leads implementation of the strategic HR plan for Portugal. - Creates employee engagement strategies/recommendations and works with employee committees and resources groups to gather insight and drive strategy. - Integrates and partners with HR colleagues in the COEs to implement strategic HR solutions and help scale the business. - Designs and executes internal communication plans that drive awareness, support and engagement of employees for HR’s key initiatives (e. G. , operational transformation, talent management, benefits alignment, wellness and employee appreciation, etc. )- Coaches managers on appropriate HR interventions and helps them identify and understand people challenges and performance issues, offering guidance with a view to informal resolution and initiating formal Performance Improvement Plans, when required. **Job Related Experience**- Minimum of 6 years of experience of operating in a business partner model, working with senior leaders to create positive business outcomes. - Extensive experience using employee listening mechanisms and designing action plans to turn feedback into action. - Experience in design and implementation of successful employee engagement programs. - Experience in creating
