Senior Golang Engineer – Fully Remote (Must be based in Portugal) | €75, 000 + Equity

We are partnered with a scaling Saa
S company of circa 50 people, who are looking to grow their Product team with a Senior Golang Engineer. As the Senior Golang Engineer you will participate in building, scaling and evolving their constantly growing product and infrastructure working on both greenfield and existing projects

Senior Golang Engineer Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering.
• Proficiency in Golang & Postgre
  SQL (main language for the last 3 years)
• Experience with AWS infrastructure (Terraform is a plus)
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in
  - paced (or
  - up) environments.
• A
  - solving mindset with a bias for action and iterative improvement.

Senior Golang Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain key features that align with their strategic product roadmap.
• Define key engineering and product metrics to ensure impactful solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers within the team.
• Drive best practices and contribute to the technical
  - making process.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of their systems as they grow.
• Work closely with
  - functional teams to build and refine innovative solutions.
