Senior Graphic Designer, NAM Portugal

We are looking for a skilled and
- oriented Senior Graphic Designer in Lisbon to support the marketing team's efforts to reach their goals. Your primary focus will be on producing and designing marketing deliverables for both print and digital platforms, while managing external vendor relationships to ensure timely and
- quality deliveries. You will be accountable to the Marketing Ops Lead, playing a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Production & Design team day‑to‑day operations.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Marketing and Communication team. We add value by effectively handling the NAM IWD marketing activities globally. As a Senior Graphic Designer you will play a valuable role by contributing to our clients’ experience in a very dynamic, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment. This role is key, and we are looking for a marketing professional with a very hands‑on attitude and pragmatic approach.

What you’ll be doing

• Produce/design marketing deliveries for both print and digital
• Liaison/oversight of external vendors to facilitate production, ensuring correct layout of content received and timely deliveries
• Supporting with media ads, digital mass mailings and web/ So
  Me digital assets
• Creating new campaign materials to promote our funds in focus
• Designing stands and promotional materials for use in events and fairs
• Ensuring all deliverables adhere to Nordea’s branding guidelines and standards

You will join a
- skilled and multicultural team of communication professionals and will report directly to the local Head of Marketing Operations. The role is based in Oeiras.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you

• Have five to seven years of relevant experience in graphic design, and a related degree
• Have first class communication skills, English proficiency being a must
• Have experience managing external vendors and freelancers for quality deliverables
• Are able to interpret design briefs and produce compelling marketing collaterals
• Are a self‑starter able to work independently and balance multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Your experience and background

• Excellent organizational, time management and coordination skills
• Ability to reprioritize as per business needs and legal requirements
• Collaborative team player with solid interpersonal skills
• Motivated, professionally curious, and attentive to detail
• Office 365 Apps (Outlook, Teams, Project for Web, Share
  Point)
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere Pro)
• Core digital & print design skills - ability to handle more complex projects
• Salesforce MKT Cloud knowledge would be considered a plus
