- obsessed Senior Growth and Demand Generation Manager ready to drive growth at scale across our demand generation engine.
This isn’t a

- play acquisition role. You’ll be at the heart of building, owning, and optimizing our paid and ABM motion—shaping the pipeline strategy, defining what great looks like, and acting as the connective tissue across Product Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Brand.
In this
- impact,
- autonomy role, you’ll:
- Lead strategy, design, and
- on execution of
- funnel campaigns. - Build scalable systems that align paid, organic, and ABM initiatives.
- Drive
- backed decisions with meaningful attribution models and experimentation frameworks. - Partner
- functionally to architect journeys that turn intent into revenue.
Your mission: Scale a predictable pipeline engine that grows with us—and because of you.
What will you do:
- Lead the full media mix: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), Linked
In Ads, You
Tube Ads, and emerging B2B platforms. - Craft highly segmented,
- based campaigns aligned with sales plays and product use cases. - Build and iterate ad creative, nurture flows, and landing page experiences that convert.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to define ICP tiers and develop multichannel ABM plays.
- Execute personalised outreach at scale using platforms like Hub
Spot ABM modules. - Own the entire performance funnel—from
-
- funnel CAC and CTRs to
- funnel metrics like SQL rate, pipeline influence, and ROI. - Deploy multi-touch attribution using tools like Dreamdata, GA4 or Hub
Spot Attribution Reporting.
AI-Enhanced Experimentation
- Leverage tools like Chat
GPT, Copy. ai, and others to accelerate experimentation, personalise experiences, and ideate faster.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, and Hub
Spot. - Regularly communicate campaign impact to leadership, including insights, wins, and
- looking growth hypotheses. - Work

- hand with Sales, Content, Brand, and Rev
Ops to unlock efficiencies and eliminate silos. - Play a central role in QBRs and growth planning cycles, bringing insights that shape GTM decisions.
About you:
- Experience: 5+ years of growth marketing, performance, or demand gen experience in B2B Saa
S - Proven success managing
- figure performance marketing budgets - ABM: Experience running and optimizing ABM programs, including audience segmentation and personalised journey design.
- AI Fluency: all team members are expected to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to build robust business cases, interpret and report on key performance metrics, and make smart use of AI tools—whatever helps them work smarter and drive results in their role.
- Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience across Google Ads (incl. PMAX), Linked
In Campaign Manager, and You
Tube. Expert knowledge of GA4, Hub
Spot CRM + CMS, and Google Tag Manager (basic troubleshooting a plus). - Environment: Comfortable operating in
- autonomy,
- velocity startup or
- up environments. - Language Skills: fluent English. Fluent Dutch or German is a bonus.
