Responsibilities

In a typical day in the role of Go To Market Manager:

• Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and product teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Gather market insights and user feedback to inform product development decisions and strategy.
• Translate technical concepts and jargon into language that is easily understood by business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with category managers, product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into product features.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline workflows to enhance collaboration between business and product teams.
• Manage the external cooperation & contracts with partners and subcontractors who supply services for our buyers & sellers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, project management, or a similar role within the tech industry, preferably with a mass audience product.
• Strong understanding of the product development process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams.
• Exceptional planning & execution skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of the automotive market, preferably on the Parts, dealer/OEM side.
