Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring system stability, security, and scalability.
- Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools (e. g. , Gong, Outreach, Gainsight) using APIs, middleware, and automation tools.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced automation solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex (Triggers, Batch, and Scheduled Jobs).
- Develop and optimize Apex code, including triggers, classes, and Lightning Components, following best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, providing
- level support and
- functional collaboration with Sales Ops, Rev
Ops, IT, and Engineering. - Drive data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity through deduplication, validation rules, and scheduled data hygiene processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce configurations and custom development solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts, offering technical guidance in Salesforce administration, automation, and development.
- Monitor and enhance system performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and technical debt.

- date on Salesforce releases, evaluating new features and implementing relevant improvements. - Develop technical documentation, including system architecture, integration designs, and process workflows.
Qualifications / Expectations
- 4+ years of
- on Salesforce experience, with expertise in administration, automation, and Apex development. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security (profiles, roles, sharing rules,
- level security). - Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, and other GTM apps using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e. g. , Mulesoft, Workato, Fivetran), and native connectors.
- Proficiency in declarative automation (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and Apex development (triggers, batch classes, future methods, scheduled jobs).
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce issues, optimizing performance and reducing inefficiencies.
- Experience managing large datasets, data governance, and advanced data manipulation using SOQL and Salesforce Data Loader.
- Ability to lead system enhancement projects with Rev
Ops, Sales Ops, and IT to align Salesforce with business needs. - Mentorship experience and a passion for coaching junior team members.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills with strategic thinking for
- term improvements. - Experience with CI/CD tools, Dev
Ops processes, and version control (e. g. , Gearset, Copado, Git) is a plus. - Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer) preferred.
