What you’ll be doing:

Lead hardware projects from concept through to market launch, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product Management, Industrialization, and Program teams.

Identify and manage the appropriate resources to ensure the successful delivery of products to customers.

Work with customers and product teams to identify potential solutions for both existing and new systems to be integrated into our ecosystem.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management.

Critically assess existing products and processes, recommending improvements or proposing new systems where necessary.

Lead internal initiatives to define and implement a governance framework that supports
- making and performance tracking based on success metrics.

Manage project risks, resolve issues, and facilitate the removal of blockers to ensure
- time and successful project delivery.

Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.

Monitor and report on project progress and milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability across teams.

What do you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in hardware project management.

Proven track record of operating at scale with global teams and products in
- growing consumer markets.

In-depth experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applied to hardware products.

Demonstrated ability to manage
- functional teams, including Product, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechanical, Cloud, Procurement, Industrialization, Quality, and Production.

Proficiency with project management tools and platforms such as Gantt charts, Confluence and Jira.

Strong ability to succeed in
- paced environments with evolving and ambiguous business requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

It would be great if you would also have:

Experience in B2B enterprise products;

PMP, Pg
MP, or Agile certification.
