Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines in SQL and Python to ensure efficient data flow within our HR data lake.
• Data Modelling: Design stable data models (e. g. , star schemas).
• Utilization of Data Bricks: Leverage Data Bricks for data processing and management tasks, ensuring efficient handling of large datasets.
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement data governance principles to ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability of data for analysis and reporting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements for data access and management.
• Collaboration with Data Teams: Work with Data Analysts and Data Scientists on shared projects to develop
  - driven HR solutions.
• Mentoring: Mentor and support other team members to contribute to the
  - 's growth and success.

What Distinguishes You

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong data engineering experience with SQL/Python and data modeling; familiarity with data pipeline tools and ETL processes; Data Bricks experience is a plus.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of data quality and governance principles; strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and usability.
• Languages: Fluent in English (C1); German is an asset.
• Personality: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a multicultural team.
