About the role/What you'll do:
The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for the technical administration of HR systems supporting all HR functions – Talent, Total Rewards, HR Administration, HR Shared Services, and Payroll.
Their primary focus will be on the Success
Factors LMS. This role leads, supports and administers technical projects and programs. Projects that will be managed under this position require full project life cycle expertise and collaboration throughout NORAM HR, the Global HRIS team, TDDI, and with segment teams and business partners. Incumbent will be considered the Subject Matter Expert within the respective system arena.
This position will require technical expertise to effectively troubleshoot, implement new systems, drive conversions, and liaise with applicable vendors to identify and resolve technical issues within the system. This position will also work closely with division administrators and manage the security roles and domain assignment for those administrators. This position will also serve as an escalation resource for troubleshooting and customer service support for users. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining policies and procedures for the system, aligning system processes with business needs; leading the direction to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. Main requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Systems Administration: Design, plan, implement, and maintain HR systems and related processes. Research and apply new technologies to improve business outcomes.
Project Leadership: Manage technical projects for Learning and Performance, covering requirements, design, development, conversion, testing, and deployment. Coordinate with global teams and influence global processes.
Vendor Management: Build strong vendor relationships, drive system conversions, and resolve technical issues in partnership with vendors.
Business Alignment: Align system processes with business needs, provide consultative support to learning teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Service Delivery & Support: Maintain effective
- service, help desk, and escalation models. Develop and enforce system policies and procedures. Serve as an escalation resource for troubleshooting and user support.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in HR systems administration, project management, or program administration.
Expert-level experience with enterprise HR software (Success
Factors LMS preferred; HCM, CSOD, i
CIMS a plus).
Advanced skills in complex query building, data analysis, and process design leveraging technology.
Proven experience in vendor management and customer service.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel expert).
Excellent communication and consultative skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
3–5 years’ experience with enterprise HR software and project management.
Experience with system implementation and HR program administration.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience designing and optimizing HR processes.
Ability to work
- functionally and influence global teams.
