YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You act as a subject matter expert for both Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational HR and financial planning processes. You provide
- production support for Adaptive Planning, resolving issues and optimizing solutions to meet evolving business needs. You collaborate
- functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated,
- quality Adaptive Planning and Workday solutions. You identify opportunities to streamline HR and financial planning workflows and automate routine processes. You perform regular system maintenance, and configuration within Workday and Adaptive Planning. You deliver effective
- user training and documentation for both HRIS and Adaptive Planning tools. YOUR SKILLS MATTER You have proven experience working with Workday HCM, minimum 2 years. You have
- on experience with Adaptive Planning and are confident supporting global business units, minimum 1 year working directly with Adaptive Planning. You demonstrate strong Excel skills and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite. You bring a
- solving mindset, balancing technical excellence with business needs. You have excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical and
- technical stakeholders in English. You’re a proactive team player who enjoys
