Job Description Summary
The Senior HRIS Workday Analyst plays an important role in contributing to the seamless operation and optimization of the Workday system. You will partner with HR and other stakeholders to understand needs and requirements, prototype, configure, test, and roll out solutions. By ensuring user support, troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, you support HR initiatives and business needs while delivering an engaging and satisfactory user experience.

Responsibilities
System Administration: You will handle advanced Workday system administration, including business process configuration, security administration, report and dashboard maintenance, mass data processing, integrations maintenance, implementation of releases and upgrades, and routine processes such as performance management and merit increase cycles.
Partnership and Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve Workday processes and efficiency by leveraging Workday functionalities.
Customization and Development: Evaluate system functionality to identify improvement opportunities, lead development, configuration, testing, and documentation of system enhancements and customizations.
Data Management: Maintain data quality standards, lead data audits, manage data migration activities, and collaborate to resolve data issues or discrepancies.
User Support: Provide expert support, troubleshoot complex issues, and promote effective utilization of Workday functionalities. Conduct user training sessions to improve system proficiency and adoption.
Reporting and Analytics: Configure, modify, and maintain reports and dashboards to meet evolving data needs.
Change Management: Contribute to assessing future Workday releases, shaping system roadmaps, and executing change initiatives. Promote understanding and

Decision Making: Influence prioritization of enhancements and customization, perform system configuration, and handle technical resolutions. Higher-level approvals are required for decisions related to data integrity and security.

Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Proven expertise in Workday configuration, administration, and support across modules like Core HCM, Absence, Time-off, Recruiting, Reporting, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation.
- Proficient in creating/modifying business processes, security settings, reports, calculated fields, and custom objects.
- Familiarity with Workday integrations, especially Payroll. Good knowledge of HR practices and processes.
- Ideally, hold a Workday Pro certification or equivalent, demonstrating advanced proficiency.
Position Requirements
Education: University Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, IT, or related fields.
Experience: 4+ years of professional Workday experience.
IT Skills: Strong IT skills, proficiency in HRIS, data analysis tools, Microsoft Office.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Working arrangements: Minimum 3 days/week in the office.
Traveling required: Occasional travel to other sites may be needed.
