To support our expansion, we’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee all aspects of people management, compliance, and HR operations.

This is a
- on role with responsibility for payroll, employment law compliance, contracts, and renewals, as well as driving culture, engagement, and team development across all outlets.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Leading all HR activity for Locke de Santa Joana, including restaurants, bars, and support teams
• Managing the full payroll process with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensuring compliance with Portuguese employment law and regulations
• Overseeing contracts, onboarding, and the renewal process for all employees
• Acting as the main point of contact for managers on HR policy, employee relations, and performance management
• Supporting recruitment, induction, and retention strategies in collaboration with operations teams
• Developing and implementing HR procedures that align with company values and local legislation
• Driving engagement and a positive workplace culture through communication and support initiatives

What Do You Need?

• Proven experience in a senior HR role within hospitality or a
  - paced service environment
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese employment law and HR best practices
• Demonstrated experience managing payroll, contracts, and renewals
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• A proactive,
  - driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A
  - first mindset with the confidence to challenge and support in equal measure
