What are you going to do?

• Manage user and banking accounts, access rights, and roles in accordance with defined policies and procedures;
• Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources;
• Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security standards;
• Respond to and resolve basic identity and access management issues and inquiries in a timely manner, collaborating with other team members;
• Ensure that requests for access rights are processed according to contractual deadlines and correctly;
• Perform password resets;
• Respond to client phone calls, providing assistance and answering inquiries professionally and efficiently;
• Be available for weekend and holiday standby when required.

What are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of proven experience working in an IAM environment (user access management);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Experience working with Active Directory;
• Experience with RSA and HID Platforms (MFA);
• Experience with Azure Entra-ID and O365;
• Experience working in the banking sector – plus;
• Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or above) – Mandatory;
• Communication skills in French (B1 or above) – Mandatory.
