Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer
Join our dynamic Security Technology team within the Technology Services and Cybersecurity organization. As a Senior IAM Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies. The role reports to the Director of IAM Engineering and covers Privileged Access Management (PAM), Federation, Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), Zero Trust integration and IAM strategy.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Privileged Access Management, including Just‑in‑Time privileged account access.
- Ensure IAM solutions align with security architecture, best practices and meet performance, scalability and availability requirements.
- Integrate IAM strategy with a Zero Trust security approach.
- Coordinate with external resources and partners to implement and maintain IAM security tools.
- Create technical designs, configurations and drawings for current and future state security capabilities.
- Engage with business units to understand their needs and ensure IAM solutions are agile, business‑friendly and secure.
- Conduct presentations, awareness sessions, mentoring and instruction on IAM and Zero Trust for various audiences.
- Collaborate with other security engineering projects in network, endpoint, cloud and security analytics domains.
- Support critical incidents that require IAM engineering expertise.
- Maintain awareness of cyber‑attack tactics, techniques and procedures to guide IAM technology configuration and strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM engineering and architecture.
- Proficiency in PAM, MFA, federation technologies and Zero Trust principles.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across engineering and business teams.
