We’re currently looking for a Senior Identity Management Developer to join our team of passionate professionals.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions using Dell/Quest One Identity Manager (1IM), including OOB and custom connectors.
• Develop and optimize stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions in MSSQL to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Monitor database tasks, analyze their impact, and implement optimizations where necessary.
• Utilize tools such as Synchronization Editor, Web Designer, and other 1IM components effectively.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for issues across Identity & Access Management (IDAM) systems and implement long‑term solutions.
• Develop custom integrations using. NET, APIs, and Power
  Shell scripting.
• Analyze database queues, identify bottlenecks, and ensure smooth processing across environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve Level 2 issues and support incident investigations.
• Implement new features, functionalities, and enhancements within Dell/Quest 1IM environments.
• Provide weekend or extended support when required to ensure operational stability.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with development and customization in Dell/Quest One Identity Manager (1IM).
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IDAM) concepts, including governance, provisioning, and access workflows.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and directory service integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in Power
  Shell, with the ability to build robust automation scripts.
• Solid background in. NET development, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially in diagnosing 1IM‑related issues.
• Ability to gather and interpret technical and functional requirements based on complex IAM use cases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
