YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to lead a critical wind turbine manufacturing project in Nador, Morocco. This is a 6-month contract position with excellent
- term prospects within our organization. Upon successful completion of this project, you will be relocated or assigned to another project with a hybrid work model in Portugal.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading the industrialization process for a new wind turbine manufacturing plant, with specific focus on blade production processes from molding to finishing
• Developing efficient production workflows and optimizing tooling requirements to enhance manufacturing efficiency
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the production process to improve efficiency and quality
• Implementing measurement systems and quality control processes to ensure adherence to specifications
• Collaborating with
  - functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering
• 2-3 years of specific experience in blade manufacturing processes and composite materials
• Demonstrated knowledge of composite blade manufacturing tools and proficiency with tooling design software
• Hands-on experience with measurement tools, assembly line equipment, and ERP/MES systems
• Strong
  - solving abilities and analytical skills to optimize manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams
• Fluency in English required; French language skills are a plus
