Senior Industrial Operations Engineer – Scrum Master

Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, seeks a Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices
• Remove impediments that impact team productivity and sprint goals
• Configure and analyze complex reports and performance indicators to track project progress
• Analyze organizational behaviors and structures and their impact on team processes
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization
• Foster continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and implementation of action items

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certifications
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar platforms
• Strong leadership and communication skills
