Your Role

As a Scrum Master at Capgemini, you will be a key facilitator of agile practices, guiding
- functional teams to deliver
- quality solutions while continuously improving their processes. With at least 3 years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles,
- 'll serve as the agile champion, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment that enables teams to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily
  - ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices
• Remove impediments that impact team productivity and sprint goals
• Configure and analyze complex reports and performance indicators to track project progress
• Analyze organizational behaviors and structures and their impact on team processes
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization
• Foster continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and implementation of action items

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Scrum Master certification (PSM II or A-CSM required)
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure Dev
  Ops, etc. )
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a

  - functional environment
