About the role

We are looking for a Senior Integration Developer with strong expertise in TIBCO and microservices architecture to lead technical activities in a strategic migration project from TIBCO-based integrations to a distributed microservices ecosystem. This role requires hands‑on development skills, solution design capabilities, and the ability to influence architectural decisions.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of microservices to replace existing TIBCO integrations.
• Analyze legacy integration components and define optimal migration approaches and patterns.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain microservices and integration interfaces.
• Define best practices, coding standards, integration patterns, and Dev
  Ops processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to mid‑level and junior developers.
• Collaborate closely with architects and cross‑functional teams to ensure architectural alignment.
• Identify risks, performance impacts, and dependencies within the migration roadmap.
• Participate in client and stakeholder discussions to explain solutions, technical decisions, and trade‑offs.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, and cloud readiness.

What are we looking for?

• Proven hands‑on experience with TIBCO (Business
  Works, EMS, or other components from the TIBCO stack).
• Strong expertise in microservices design, including: REST API design and governance, Messaging and event‑driven architectures (Kafka, Rabbit
  MQ, etc. ), Service discovery, resilience, and observability patterns, API Gateways, Security, Authentication, and Authorization.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Proficiency in Java or another backend development language.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience in large‑scale migration or modernization programs.
• Exposure to the telecommunications industry (BSS / OSS).
