Context:

This role will operate within the Microsoft 365 product suite, specifically under the M365 Automation Product Team. The primary focus will be on delivering and supporting automation solutions that integrate seamlessly across the Microsoft and Azure ecosystems.

Scope of Services:

The ideal professional will possess
- level skills in C# development, with
- on experience in Blazor, Swagger APIs, . NET Core, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Hybrid Worker, and Power
Shell. The role involves the development and enhancement of automation solutions related to user provisioning, Entra ID (via Microsoft Graph API), Microsoft Teams, and broader Microsoft and Azure technologies.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and securing custom solutions using Web Apps, APIs, Azure Functions, and Hybrid Workers. The candidate will also handle incident resolution and service requests related to M365 Automation. .

Key Deliverables:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using C#, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Manage deployments and maintenance via Azure Dev
  Ops pipelines and Terraform.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in Azure, including Azure SQL and Storage Accounts.
• Administer and maintain Azure Application Gateway, Virtual Networks, and Subnets.
• Support platform operations including maintenance, patching, updates, upgrades, migrations, and consolidations.
• Ensure high levels of availability, security, and performance across all services.
• Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Lead knowledge transfer initiatives to Level 2 support teams (Shift-Left).
• Provide technical expertise and consultation on Microsoft 365 services.
• Deliver third and
  - level technical support.
• Contribute expert knowledge to hybrid provisioning platform architecture and support.

Required Expertise:

• Technical Experience:
  
  
• 3–5+ years of
  - level experience with Microsoft 365 in hybrid provisioning and authentication environments.
• 3–5+ years of advanced experience in Power
  Shell scripting.
• 3–5+ years of expertise in Azure Dev
  Ops, C#, and Terraform.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintaining and documenting
  - scale messaging infrastructures.
• Minimum 2 years of
  - on experience with Microsoft Azure in a production environment.
• Experience operating in complex, international, and heterogeneous IT environments.
• Functional Skills:
  
  
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and
  - functional collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to articulate technical concepts in business terms.
• Sound understanding of Information Security principles and best practices.
• Ability to lead and guide small technical teams with a clear strategic vision.
