What You’ll Do:

Support the customer by managing the PMD tool (Global HR Master Data) as a backfill role.

Understand the Tech HR landscape, including integration with SAP HR / S4 systems, to assist in ongoing discussions and project initiatives.

Contribute with solution design insights, applying solution architecture and IT architecture principles when applicable.

What We’re Looking For:

Years of experience: More than 3 years in relevant roles.

Strong experience in Integration Development, specifically with SAP PI/PO for building, adjusting, and troubleshooting integrations.

Functional and technical understanding of SAP HR/S4 systems and data flows within HR systems.

ABAP development skills, ideally within the HR module, to handle custom solutions.

Experience in Solution Architecture or strong IT architectural understanding is a plus.
