THE ROLE

As Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be the insights partner for a product/domain, turning data into decisions. You’ll own metrics, dashboards, experiments, and
- dives; you’ll level up data literacy across your stakeholders.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Build robust Zendesk/Airtable integrations (APIs/webhooks/apps).
• Automate workflows with n8n/Make + custom services (Go/Python).
• Add LLM-powered classification/summarisation/QA to CX flows.
• Instrument metrics and feedback loops; tighten SLAs with Ops/CX.
• Secure data movement; manage schemas and governance.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5–8+ years integrations/platform; strong with Saa
  S APIs.
• Zendesk apps, views, macros; Airtable schema and API.
• LLM integration patterns; evals and guardrails.
• Great collaborator with CX/Operations.
