We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Architect to join our growing Design Team within the real estate development sector, with a particular focus on Hospitality Assets. This role goes far beyond traditional design—it's about creating bold, immersive experiences that reflect and elevate our brand identity across diverse global developments.

This is a strategic design creative position that blends creativity, brand consistency, and innovative design thinking. You will oversee the full interior architecture journey—guiding your team from early vision to technical realization. Your mandate includes not only maintaining design integrity but also ensuring each project delivers a "wow" factor through inventive use of materials, form, and narrative.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full process from inception, concept development, through to detailed design and handover
• Ensure design integrity aligns with brand identity and delivers exceptional user experiences across all assets
• Guide a team of interior designers, and 3D artists through every stage of project development
• Bring ground breaking and experiential ideas in materials, lighting, layout, and spatial storytelling
• Create distinctive design languages for various properties while preserving brand DNA
• Work closely with the Head of Design and key client representatives
• Ensure alignment with RIBA stages, oversee site surveys, and facilitate technical design through to construction
• Liaise effectively with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Comfortable managing
  - end residential and hospitality projects, including F&B concepts
  
  

• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual excellence and execution on
  - end residential and hospitality projects (with at least one F&B project)
• Proven design ownership from concept to construction, ideally across multiple global locations
• Experience in
  - tier studios or
  - profile development projects
• Proficiency in Auto
  CAD, Sketch
  Up, Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to produce sketch renders for internal reviews in rendering software (such as 3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumnion, Vray, etc. )
• Strong documentation, mood boards, visual storytelling and presentation skills
• professional level of English, Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work remotely
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
• 10+ years in the interior architecture industry
• 2-3+ years in a
  - level position with team oversight responsibilities
• Deep understanding of interior architecture processes and RIBA project stages
• Previous work with luxury brands or
  - expectation clients
• Strong eye for detail, high creative standards, and visual innovation
• Fluent in English—spoken and written
• Awareness of UK, EU, and international building regulations (a plus)
