Seeking a Senior International Legal Counsel to join our global legal team.

This role plays a key part in
- impact, strategic international projects and involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and
- functional teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for major international strategic projects, with a strong focus on negotiating complex commercial contracts (drafting, negotiation, and local implementation).
• Support global teams and local legal counsels on international client contracts.
• Contribute to compliance initiatives (competition law,
  - corruption, data privacy, etc. ).
• Work closely with international networks of legal professionals, sharing best practices and legal tools.
• Drive legal awareness within the organization and support adaptation to evolving regulations and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience , with strong expertise in commercial contracting.
• Bar admission
• Knowledge of both common law and civil law systems is an advantage.
• International mindset and experience working in multicultural environments.
• Proactive,
  - on attitude with strong organizational and
  - management skills.
• Ability to anticipate legal issues, manage sensitive matters diplomatically, and propose practical solutions.
• Strong business acumen, creativity, and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent communication and legal drafting skills in English (mandatory).
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
