Job Description:

Senior Investment & Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analysing and supporting investment decisions and optimizing distressed asset portfolios, including secured, unsecured and REOs.

About the job:

• Develop and enhance pricing models for secured, unsecured, and REO assets

• Support investment decisions by providing investment recommendations and risk assessment

• Monitor and analyse the performance of portfolios under management

• Prepare and review operational activity reports, identifying key trends and risks

• Provide
- driven insights to support portfolio optimization strategies

• Oversee and review Business Plans

• Develop forecasting models and scenario analysis to support strategic
- making

Operational Support & Process Improvement:

• Support operational business through various initiatives related to NPL recovery

• Provide recommendations with the goal of increasing efficiency/ results

• Assist in improving processes, workflows, and data quality within the organization.

What you bring:

Must-have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• + 3 years of experience working with NPLs

• Strong
- solving and
- thinking abilities

• Proficiency in Excel and SQL

• Advanced English communication skills

• Highly motivated, open minded and with a good team spirit

• Experience with Power BI and Phyton
