We are in search of a Senior Io
T Support Engineer to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. As a Senior Io
T Support Engineer , you will address complex hardware and connectivity issues (L3 escalations) related to sensors, network modules, and edge devices integrated within our locker systems. You’ll collaborate closely with the hardware engineering and Specialist Team Lead to diagnose, resolve, and prevent
- scale Io
T interruptions.

What will be your responsibilities

• Investigate advanced connectivity failures, sensor malfunctions, and hardware integration issues;
• Work hand in hand with hardware design teams to test, validate, and optimize new Io
  T components;
• Monitor data flow between edge devices and cloud services, detecting anomalies and implementing proactive fixes;
• Create clear troubleshooting and maintenance procedures for internal support agents and field technicians.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Demonstrated expertise with sensor networks, wireless communications (Wi-Fi, GSM, LPWAN, etc. ), and microcontrollers;
• Comfortable operating in both hardware debugging tools and software logs;
• Strong aptitude for diagnosing diverse issues in complex Io
  T ecosystems;
• Experience teaming up with electronics engineers and product managers to bring solutions to market;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
