About Responsibilities
As part of the Wealth Management unit in KLx of over 100 experts, you will contribute to our Crédit Agricole Group partner's mission to transform the private banking landscape through innovation, security, and performance.
As a Business Analyst specializing in Payments , you'll be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll lead the analysis and design of
- related solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless delivery across our Crédit Agricole Group partner’s platforms.
You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering and functional design to testing, deployment, and

- live support.
Your main activities will be:
Lead client/business engagement to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases
Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and joint development meetings
Collaborate with Technical Experts to finalize Product Detailed Specifications (PDS)
Chair meetings with stakeholders to validate and refine requirements
Recommend process changes aligned with core banking systems
Own project documentation and contribute to workload estimation
Support test strategy, functional testing, and UAT validation
Participate in
- deployment checks and project realization
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout all project phases
About You
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT
8+ years of Business Analysis experience in distributed delivery environments
Experience in private banking is a strong plus
Familiarity with COBOL, SQL, APIs, and digital banking platforms
Strong understanding of back and middle office operations
Proven expertise in:
Financial messaging and payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, SIC, MEPS, etc. ); ISO 20022 migration; PSD2 payment APIs ; Fraud detection systems; Payment card management
Good knowledge of Jira / Confluence (
Functional analysis, specification writing, and testing
Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills (level 4)
Fluent in English and French.
