Your Role

Bridge the gap between IT and business by using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver
- driven recommendations to executives and stakeholders. You will be passionate about change management and monitoring the performance of implemented solutions to strive for continuous improvement. This role is in the IT Corporate Solutions Department at CEVA Logistics.

You will conduct needs assessments, gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, model processes, analyze workflows, and develop business cases for proposed solutions. The role is open in Madrid and Barcelona, Spain and Lisbon, Portugal.

What Are You Going To Do?

• Develop and manage the business analysis approach, plans, and activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Align and document business requirements through techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Manage and maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle with traceability and prioritization.
• Analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop business cases and feasibility studies.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and
  - functional specifications.
• Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and conduct
  - implementation reviews to measure performance.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure needs are understood and addressed.
• Conduct data analysis to support
  - making and use data visualization tools to communicate findings.
• Support organizational change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members and stakeholders.
• Define delivery schedules and lead small internal projects; coordinate delivery across IT teams and multiple suppliers.

What Are We Looking For?

• University degree in IT or Business, or equivalent experience
• 7–12 years of experience in business analysis and solution design
• Experience operating in a large company or recognized IT consultancy is advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to document customer processes, policies, and systems
• Broad view of business strategy, operating processes, enabling technologies, and governance
• BABOK/PMM knowledge is a plus; CBAP (PBA) or PMI certification is a plus
• Experience with virtual teamworking in a global team
• Ability to read the room with the right approach for different stakeholders
• Strong leadership to create a unified and motivated project team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including written and visual communications
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
