Job Description

As a Senior Manager IT Contract Management, you will be at the forefront of managing and negotiating strategic IT contracts, ensuring that all agreements align with Infineon’s corporate standards and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the negotiation of contractual agreements for Infineon’s purchase of IT related products and services
• Provide contractual support for Requests for Proposal (RFPs) in competitive bidding processes and assist in the evaluation of vendor proposals
• Draft and negotiate frame agreements and transaction documents, such as Statements of Work for IT services, Cloud services engagements, software license purchases and IT hardware acquisitions
• Collaborate closely with various teams across the organization, including IT, IT Procurement, Legal, Cyber Security, Data Protection, Tax and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in contractual negotiations and compliance with relevant requirements
• Take responsibility for contract management tasks, including scope of service changes, dispute resolution,
  - performance claims, contract terminations, renewals, SLAs, and license audits
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of policies and processes for contract and vendor management throughout the entire contract lifecycle

You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships and drive alignment across global teams and stakeholders. With a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, you balance strategic priorities and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that IT contracts reflect the highest commercial, legal, and technical standards. Your ability to lead complex negotiations position you as a trusted advisor in the organization.

You are best equipped for this job if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or other similar field of study
• At least 6 years of experience related to contract and vendor management
• Experience in drafting Statements of Work
• A solid understanding of the IT domain, including IT-related projects and services
• Strong expertise in negotiating complex contracts and managing relationships with global vendors, with a proven track record of success
• International and intercultural experience
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
