Senior IT Demand & Project Portfolio Manager (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Senior IT Demand & Project Portfolio Manager to join the IT team of our client – a company specialized in the Telecom sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Manage the IT demand and project portfolio, considering the stakeholders’ priorities and IT roadmap;
  
  
• Maintain the ITDemand portal as the entry point for all IT stakeholders, being able to identify the risks, priorities, interdependencies, and overlap in the IT project portfolio;
  
  
• Develop and document effective processes and tool support for all IT portfolio management related activities;
  
  
• Measure and report the IT performance KPIs and dashboard.

What will be required from you?

• Degree in Engineering or other similar area;
  
  
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT Controlling, IT Demand, IT Project Portfolio Management, or IT Project Management;
  
  
• Previous experience in IT controlling, IT administration function, or similar areas;
  
  
• Strong knowledge in creating business plans and business cases;
  
  
• Previous experience in international environments will be a plus;
  
  
• Good understanding of business drivers and customer focus;
  
  
• Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships and strong stakeholders management skills;
  
  
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
