Role Overview

Dellent is a consulting company focused on System Information and Telecommunications. This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, currently with its technological hub in Porto, developing innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

Position

Senior IT HR Application Support – Porto (Hybrid)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• More than 9 years of experience in HR Support;
• Having QA and Data Quality knowledge is a plus;
• Knowledge of HR procedures, particularly in talent management, is a plus;
• Experience supporting via communication tools such as Teams, Outlook;
• Knowledge of Business Object or SQL querying is a plus;
• Follows all procedures to guarantee KPI measurement; extraction and presentation responsibilities are for the support team;
• Administrative mindset;
• Good communication skills, due to support core activity;
• Fluent in French and English (B2).
