Overview

Senior IT HR Application Support at Dellent – Porto (Hybrid).

We are looking for a Senior IT HR Application Support to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

What we look for

• More than 9 years of experience in HR Support
• QA and Data Quality knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of HR procedures, particularly in talent management, is a plus
• Experience in support via several communication tools such as Teams and Outlook
• Knowledge of Business Objects or SQL querying is a plus
• The collaborator needs to follow procedures to guarantee that the KPI measurement is ensured; the extraction and presentation are the responsibility of the support team
• Administrative mindset
• Good communication skills, due to the support core activity
• Fluent in French and English (B2)
