Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain VMware (v
  Sphere, v
  Center, ESXi) environments.
• Oversee server, storage, and backup systems.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Provide site IT support and lead local infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with security and IT governance standards (GDPR, ISO).
• Document systems, processes, and configurations.
• Support hardware, software, and tool integrations (e. g. , Share
  Point, Jira, Confluence).

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or administration.
• Strong knowledge of VMware ecosystem (v
  Sphere, v
  Center, ESXi).
• Experience with server hardware, storage systems, and backup strategies.
• Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with Windows, mac
  OS, and Linux administration.
• Experience with tools like Share
  Point, Jira, Confluence, and monitoring systems.
• Solid understanding of IT security best practices.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of tools such as Intune, Netskope, Crowd
  Strike, Manage Engine, and Asset Explorer.
• Certifications: VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA (Nice to have).
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS) (Nice to have).
