Senior It Infrastructure Project Manager – Global Voice Systems Migration
We’re seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the standardization and modernization of global voice infrastructure, including the retirement of legacy systems and migration to modern platforms like MS Teams Voice. The project scope includes Cisco CUCM, Skype for Business, Audiocodes, Luware, and Attendant Pro.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the migration of legacy voice systems (CUCM, Skype, Teams Voice)
Define and implement global IT voice standards, collaborating with vendors and internal teams
Ensure secure,
- availability infrastructure with disaster recovery and access control
Coordinate business requirement alignment, testing, and deployment
Manage project timelines, budget, compliance, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Run technology scouting, Po
Cs, and support solution design decisions
Qualifications
Required Skills :
10+ years of IT infrastructure PM experience, with focus on voice and network systems
Strong technical background in MS Teams Voice, Skype, Cisco Call Manager, Audiocode, Luware
Experience in pharma or regulated environments, including Gx
P / FDA compliance
Certified PMP or Prince2, strong communication and
- solving skills
