How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Lead and manage
- scale SAP transformation projects focused on invoicing, billing, and paperless processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Develop and execute detailed project plans, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations for financial systems.
- Oversee the integration of electronic invoicing and paperless workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and seamless business operations.
- Coordinate with finance operations,
- functional teams, and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and stakeholder communication. - Manage project risks and issues, emphasizing system integrations and compliance mandates, while tracking progress against KPIs.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and present updates to steering committees and senior management.
- Build compelling business cases for finance technology improvements, translating ideas into tangible,
- driven projects. - Foster a collaborative,
- cultural team environment, utilizing strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive project success.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years leading SAP, billing, or
- related projects. - Strong expertise in SAP modules related to finance, billing, and invoicing.
- Proven experience implementing electronic invoicing solutions and billing automation.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management credentials.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards related to invoicing and finance (e. g. , GDPR, SOX).
- Hands-on experience with digital transformation or
- wide SAP technology rollouts.
