THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as Project Manager for an international project.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage.
2. Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on project activities.
3. Lead project teams in determining business requirements and translating them into operational plans, following deployment with IT and project teams.
4. Determine, monitor, and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing, resources, and risks.
5. Support framing different initiatives and building necessary project trackers to ensure smooth deployment.
6. Facilitate workshops with operational teams on various topics, consolidating and formalizing results.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1. At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
2. Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
3. English proficiency at B2 level.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power
   Point), JIRA, Confluence.
5. Experience with Power
   BI is desirable.
