- how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Senior IT Project Manager - Hybrid (Porto - 3 days/week)

Hard skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in integration projects.
• Strong background in managing complex,
  - system integrations.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ESB).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project (mandatory).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

Project Delivery:

• Lead
  -
  - end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate
  - functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.

Integration Management:

• Oversee design and implementation of integration solutions between enterprise systems and external platforms (e. G. , CRM,
  - commerce, logistics, finance).
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data integrity standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Provide clear communication on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Risk & Quality Control:

• Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and compliance requirements.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation.

Change Management:

• Drive adoption of new processes and systems through structured change management.
