We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proactive,

The ideal candidate has sourcing experience in the Portuguese market and a proven track record of identifying and engaging Big Data Specialists, Data Scientists, ML Engineers , Java/Python Engineers, QA Engineers and Dev
Ops professionals .

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions.
2. Actively search for candidates using various sources and recruitment strategies.
3. Provide regular updates to the recruitment lead and hiring manager about recruitment pipelines, market capacity, candidate availability, salary ranges, etc.
4. Create job descriptions, manage job posts, and requisitions in our ATS.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process.
6. Work closely with the staffing team to identify hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts accordingly.
7. Participate in marketing activities (e. G. , meetups, workshops, conferences), promote Grid Dynamics in the market and on social media, and build a pool of warm candidates from events.
8. Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely updates in recruitment tools.
9. Identify issues or bottlenecks in the recruitment process, create improvement action plans, and implement them.

1. At least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter in local and international IT markets.
2. Proven track record of hiring software engineers, Big Data Specialists, Data Scientists, ML Engineers , Java/Python Engineers at middle and senior levels.
3. A growing network and visible activity on Linked
   In.
4. Knowledge of local market specifics, competitors, salaries, and market trends.
5. High level of
   - motivation and proactivity.
6. Flexibility and multitasking abilities.
7. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
8. Willingness to dedicate time to
   - education.
9. Experience with ATS, recruitment tools, and basic analytics.
10. Fluent English is a must.
