About the Client

The Role

As a Senior Java / Angular Developer, you will be part of a newly created team responsible for developing strategic applications from scratch. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the full software lifecycle—from architecture and design to development, testing, and deployment—while working within an international environment focused on Information Systems vision.

You will play a key role in shaping robust, scalable, and modern applications that support critical business operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to the greenfield development of new applications, with a backend focus on Java and a frontend focus on Angular.
• Participate in architecture and design phases, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Deliver clean, performant, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and
  - functional teams to align technology with business needs.
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit and integration).
• Engage in agile ceremonies, providing progress updates and raising potential risks early.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.

Key Skills & Experience

Must-have:

• Solid professional experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Angular for modern web applications.
• Experience in greenfield/“from scratch” development projects.
• Ability to design scalable and modular systems within complex IS environments.
• Strong
  - solving and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international teams.

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience in financial services or banking.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to other frontend frameworks or backend technologies.
