We are seeking a Java Developer professional willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a Hybrid Model in Lisbon (2X office)? ?

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Microservices Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable microservices that power our critical applications. The ideal candidate is an expert in Java and the Spring ecosystem, with a passion for
- native technologies and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Design, build, and maintain
  - performance, scalable, and secure microservices using Java 17+ and the Spring Framework.
• API & Messaging Systems: Develop and consume RESTful services and implement efficient messaging solutions using Spring Cloud Stream.
• Database Interaction: Work extensively with SQL Server and Postgre
  SQL databases, ensuring optimal data access and integrity.
• CI/CD & Automation: Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git
  Lab CI, Jenkins, Argo
  CD, Sonar
  Qube, and Nexus.
• Cloud Deployment: Containerize applications using Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes, and manage deployments using Helm. Integrate with Hashi
  Corp Vault for secrets management.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and implement comprehensive unit tests using frameworks like Mockito or Spock.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively within an Agile team to deliver
  - quality software in a
  - paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have (Mastery/Expert Level):

• Mastery of Java 17 or higher.
• Mastery of the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Batch.
• Mastery in the development and design of Microservices.
• Mastery of Spring Cloud components (Spring Cloud Stream, Spring Cloud Gateway, Spring Data Flow).
• Expert level experience with Maven for dependency management and build automation.
• Expert level experience designing and building RESTful services and Messaging Systems.
• Hands-on practice with SQL Server and Postgre
  SQL databases.
• Hands-on practice developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferably with Git
  Lab CI, Argo CD, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus Sonatype, IQServer & Fortify).
• Hands-on practice with Cloud Development technologies, specifically Kubernetes, Helm, and Hashi
  Corp Vault.
• Hands-on practice writing Unit Tests using Mockito or Spock.
